Hayrides
Group hayrides run through the week and public on the weekend. On the weekend hayrides run from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm (weather
permitting, and as long as there's enough demand).
There's two different kinds of hayrides on the weekends of October at Shaw Farms.
Horse Drawn
The horses are owned by brother in-law Steve Smith. Steve and his son Josh offer horse drawn hayrides on the weekends.
Tractor Drawn.

Hayride Trail
Both take you back on our 160 acre farm and show some of our fields being put to use growing field corn, soy beans, pumpkins, and
gourds.
In addition the hayride trail has some displays and stuffed people along the way.
The hayride trail is very scenic and takes you through the woods as well as fields, sometimes if it's the morning or evening you see
wildlife such as rabbits, squirrels, or even deer. The hayride trail also has a couple of trellis' completely covered by gourd vines
that the horses and tractors go through.
